The project has a total construction area of approximately 5100 m2.
In the project, all the buildings were resolved on the ground level and did not enter the above and below ground levels.
Stairs are made and leveled on public terraces.
This design, which is based on bringing together the public and the natural wonder, is an articulated spatial experiences, with the functions they contain, both offer different activity opportunities to individuals and It also offers different spatial perceptions and experiences.
It is a niche point for Mersin and Tarsus. Aiming to bring Tarsus Waterfall together with urban, local and foreign tourists again, it aims to achieve these goals. While thinking, an approach with architectural and spatial concerns has been tried to be presented.
The buildings considered in the list of needs are listed and the size of the space is given. Most These spaces, designed at an optimum level, can easily welcome people of all sizes, They can serve everyone with their open areas and closed areas.
